Navratri Special Rajgira Ladoo is mainly made of Rajgira. Ingredients:
- 200 gms Jaggery
- 250 gms Amaranth
Method:
1. Turn on the flame and heat wok over it
2. Add jaggery to it, and wait till the jaggery melts
3. Turn the flame to low and add Rajgira/Amaranth to it
4. Mix it completely for few minutes, and then, turn off the flame
5. Keep it aside to cool down, and then, take it out in a plate
6. Now start making ladoo from it using your hands
