Sinfully easy and totally addictive! Fish Moilee / Meen Moilee / Molly is a famous fish curry from Kerala (South India). The word molee literally means stew.
Fish Moilee / Molly is a preparation where fish is stewed in coconut milk and very low spiced flavor in masala is prepared, so that flavor of the fish dominates the taste of the curry. This fish-meen molly marks the foreign influence especially of the Portuguese on the cuisine of Kerala.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg Seer Fish
1/2 Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Coconut Oil
For Curry
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
10 Black Pepper Corns
1 tsp Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
5-6 Green Chillies
8-10 Curry Leaves
1 Onion (sliced)
4 Madras Onions (sliced)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
3 cups Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Rice Flour Slurry
1 Tomato (diced)
1 cup Thick Coconut Milk
Method: Let's take Seer Fish in the bowl in which add Lemon Juice & Turmeric Powder (slurry) apply it to the fish. Next, heat up the Coconut Oil in the pan and fry the Fish properly. After frying take out the fish in a serving plate. Next, let's prepare the Curry for which add Coconut Oil once the Oil is heated add Black Pepper Corns, Garlic Cloves (chopped), Ginger (chopped), Green Chillies. Next, saute all on medium flame for few minutes. Then add Curry Leaves, Onion (sliced), Madras Onions (sliced) saute till the Onions turn golden brown now add Turmeric Powder, Coconut Milk, Rice Flour Slurry. Next, add Fried Fish and let it cook for 3-4 minutes then add Tomato (diced) and again let it cook for 2 minutes. Now add Thick Coconut Milk
