Ingredients:
3 Bangda Fish (Indian Mackerel)
2 tbsp Oil
2-3 tbsp Coriander leaves & Garlic paste
1 tbsp Mix Masala
1/2 Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Method:
- Marinate the fish with coriander-garlic paste, mix masala, salt and lemon juice.
- Heat some oil in a flat bottom pan.
- Place the fish on the pan for frying. Cover it with a lid and let the fish cook for 10 minutes on one side.
- After 10 minutes flip the fish and again let it cook for 10 minutes on the other side.
- Garnish the fish with coriander leaves and serve.
