Ingredients:-
3 pieces of Indian Salmon (or Pomfret or King Mackerel)
Coconut Oil
For the Spice Paste:-
6 Madras Onions
10-12 Curry Leaves
2 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp. Coriander Seed Powder, roasted
½ tsp. Black Pepper Powder
1 inch Garlic
1 tbsp. Tamarind Paste
Salt
Method:-
1. Grind all the spice paste ingredients in a mixer/grinder and make a smooth paste.
2. Apply the paste to the pieces of fish and fry them in coconut oil on a medium flame.
Kerala Fish Fry is ready!
