Fish Fry is loved by almost all non-vegetarians. So with chef Seema learn to make fish fry at home at easy recipe with simple steps only on Swaad Anusaar

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Fish
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of red chilli powder
- 1/4 turmeric
- ajwain
- 3 tsp ginger garlic paste
- juice of lemon
- coriander leaves
- oil
- rice flour

Method
- Marinate the fish with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, ajwain, ginger garlic paste, juice of lemon, coriander leaves and oil and keep it aside for half hour

- Heat a pan and add oil and now fry the fish by covering it with rice flour. Add some coriander leaves into the rice flour

- Shallow fry the fish until it cooks properly

- Fish Fry is ready to be serve!
