Ingredients:
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Asafoetida
1-2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Drumsticks (chopped)
1 cup Water
Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
3-4 tbsp Curd
2 tbsp Gram Flour
Sugar
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Method:
First, add Oil into the cooker with medium flame, then add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Green Chillies (chopped), Red Chilli Powder, Drumsticks (chopped), Water, Salt, Turmeric Powder now pressure cook this for 1 whistle. In the mean time lets prepare the curd, for which add Curd into the bowl, Gram Flour, Sugar. Now heat up the kadai and add the mixture we made in the cooker and mix it with the Curd & flour. Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes you can add Coriander Leaves as the topping. Now your Saragva nu shak is ready to be served.
