Ingredients:
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup Refined Flour
1/2 Cup Semolina
Ghee
Almond & Pistachios (Chopped)
Method:
For Preparing Malpua first, you take Sugar and water and boil them in mid flame to let them mix. then add Cardamom powder. then Add Wheat flour, Refined Flour and Semolina then mix them properly. Add water in regular interval to make it soft.
Heat Ghee in a vessel, pour ladle full of batter and fry the malpuas until they are nicely done.
Once they are done, take them out on a plate and dip them in sugar syrup.
Transfer them on a serving plate and garnish it with Sugar syrup, almonds and Pistachios.
