Ingredients:-
1 litre Milk
Almonds-Pistachios, soaked & Peeled
2 tbsp Ghee
7-8 tbsp Sugar
Vermicelli
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Method:-
Take 1-litre milk and boil till the quantity comes down to 3\4 litre.
Saute the dry fruits in ghee until they change color.
Add sugar to the milk and let it boil.
Take the dry fruits out on a plate once they're done.
In the same pan fry the vermicelli for 5 minutes and take it out on a plate.
Add the almonds, vermicelli into the sweetened milk and let it boil.
Check for the sweetness of the Sheer Khurma and add cardamom powder.
Let it boil for next 5 minutes and then switch off the flame.
Our Sheer Khurma is ready to serve.
