On the auspicious occasion of Gokulashtami learn how to make Kelyacha Halwa (Indian style Banana Pudding) - a quick, healthy & easy to make sweet dessert recipe at home from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. Kelyacha Halwa is also served as a holy offering.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Ghee
4 Bananas, medium riped
4 tbsp Grated Coconut
3 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Milk Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Cashews & Almonds, chopped
Method:
- In a pan heat some ghee.
- Add chopped bananas, grated coconut and sugar. Mix everything well on low flame.
- Then add milk masala powder, cardamom powder, chopped almonds & cashews. Mix everything well for few minutes.
- Kelyacha Halwa is ready.
- Garnish with some dryfruits and serve!
