Ingredients:
2 tbsp + 2 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Gond
500 ml Full Fat Milk
100 grams Sugar
3 tbsp Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Almonds, chopped
1/2 tbsp Cardamom powder
Method of preparation:
Heat ghee in a vessel, fry gondh n low flame, add milk and boil it nicely.
Give it a boil and keep it stirring on one side.
Caramelize the sugar, add it into the milk mixture and keep stirring.
Cook it for 5 minutes.
In another pan heat ghee, add wheat flour, stir it until it turns light brown in color.
Add it to the milk mixture, keep stirring and cook it until it starts leaving oil.
Add almonds, cardamom powder, mix well.
Our halwasan is ready, take it out on a plate and let it cool down.
Make pedas of the halwasan and garnish it with almonds.
