Ingredients:-
For the dough:-
250 gms. Refined Flour (Maida)
Salt, to taste
4 tbsp. Oil
Water
For the stuffing:-
250 gms. Pooran + ½ tsp. Cardamom Powder
Method:-
- In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients and make a dough. Rest for 60 minutes.
- Stuff the dough with Pooran stuffing as shown in the video.
- Soak the stuffed dough in oil and flatten using a rolling pin on a parchment paper.
- Heat oil in a pan and roast the flattened dough until red on both the sides.
- Fold on the pan itself.
Tel Poli is ready to eat!
