Detroit’s 20th century industrial history is the focus of the documentary, as it explores the city’s rise to fame when Henry Ford opened his car making factory and put the city on a fast-paced industrial growth. The prosperity did not last however, after the bankruptcy of the major industries the city experiences a turbulent economic state which leads to a mass exodus of the population. Still, the black community is now seeking its glory again, but this time by resorting to urban agriculture for employment and a fresh source of income with the lowest level of financial risk.
