Ingredients:
10 Chicken salamis
100 gms Pizza cheese
Bread crumbs
2 Eggs
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
Salt to taste
Flour for coating
½ cup Shredded chicken, (marinated in sauce of your choice)

Method:
Heat oil in a vessel.
Marinate the shredded chicken in a sauce of your choice and keep it aside.
Add red chilli powder, salt, garlic powder in the bread crumbs and mix well.
Cut the salamis in half.
To assemble, take a piece of pizza cheese and flatten it.
Put the shredded chicken in the middle of it, roll it into a ball and cover it with breadcrumbs.
Place this ball in the center of the salami and roll the salami.
Fix in place with a toothpick.
In 3 different bowls, take flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs mixture.
Dip one salami roll up in flour then egg and then bread crumbs. Make sure you evenly coat the roll ups.
Deep fry in oil and serve hot.
