Ingredients:
6 Bread slices
100 gms Minced chicken
2 tbsp Oil
3 Cheese, slices
Green chutney (handful of coriander, 2 green chillies, yogurt 2 tbsp, garlic 2-3 cloves, 1-inch piece ginger, salt to taste)
1 small Onion, sliced
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
In a frying pan, heat oil.
Add minced chicken, salt, black pepper and cook. Keep aside to cool down.
Prepare the green chutney, grind everything in a mixer. Add this chutney to the chicken and mash.
Cut the crust from the bread slices.
Flatten each slice with rolling pin. We need 2 slices per roll.
Join 2 slices using water as an adhesive.
On 1st slice spread the chicken mix and onions.
On 2nd slice, spread cheese.
Roll tightly. Set in fridge for an hour.
Cut into pieces and serve.
