Ingredients:
1 tbsp Oil
1 Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
200 gms Mince Chicken
Salt (as per the salt)
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp Water
For Pattice Covering
7-8 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
Salt
1 tbsp Cornflour
2 tbsp Rice Flour
Breadcrumbs
Oil (for frying)
Method: Let's start with heating up the Oil then add Onion (chopped), Ginger-Garlic Paste, Cumin Seeds Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander Seeds Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder.
Next, mix it all together then add Mince Chicken, Salt (as per the salt), Coriander Leaves and mix it all together again then add Water. Now cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes and then let it cool down.
Next, in the meantime let's make pattice covering for which have Potatoes (boiled & mashed) in the plate to which add Salt, Cornflour, Rice Flour mix it all together properly and covering is ready.
Next, make the small bowl shape with the covering then stuff the Chicken Kheema into it (as shown in the video) to make the Pattice shape. Now dip the pattice in the breadcrumbs then do the same with all remaining Pattice covering and Chicken Kheema.
Next, fry the pattice in the hot Oil and fry them till it turn golden brown color on both side and your Chicken Kheema Pattice is ready to serve.
