Ingredients:
Leftover Chapati Dough
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
Salt to taste
Oil
Wheat Flour
Method of preparation:
- Take a piece of your leftover chapati dough, add red chili powder, salt and start kneading it.
- Pack in all the spices and use oil to bring the dough together.
- Dust the dough with some flour. Keep on kneading until all the spices are incorporated in the dough.
- Divide the dough into 2 equal sized balls, sprinkle some flour on the rolling board.
- With the help of rolling pin start rolling the chapati.
Tip: Do not roll it too thin.
- Place the rotis on a hot pan and start frying them.
- Our Chapatis are ready, cut them with the help of a scissor.
Fold the chapati into a quarter shape, first make 4 pieces and then make a cut right in the middle of it.
- Take a baking tray and line it with aluminum foil.
- Place the cut rotis on it and brush them with little oil.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Add the tray of nachos in the oven and bake it for another 10 minutes. Our Homemade Masala Nachos are ready.
