1 cup sweet corn kernels
3 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp Water
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 tsp gr. chillies, chopped
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
1/2 cup raw mangoes, cubed
1/4 tsp lemon juice
Oil for frying

Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a vessel, take some corn in a bowl, add gram flour, cornstarch, give it a mix.
Add cold water, give it a mix and fry it in hot oil.
Once it's done frying, transfer it to an absorbent paper.
Cut onions, raw mango, tomato, green chillies, a wedge of lemon.

In a bowl add crispy corn, onions, raw mango, tomato, green chillies, chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, lemon juice, give it a mix.

Our Crispy Corn Chaat is done and ready.
