Homemade Greek pizza featuring feta, roasted red peppers, artichokes, olive and basil! This is a delicious weeknight meal made with basic kitchen ingredients.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Olive Oil
20 Cherry Tomatoes (cut into half)
2 tbsp Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Oregano Seasoning
8-10 Basil Leaves
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Olive Rind
Readymade Pizza Base
Onion (Shredded)
Jalapenos (sliced)
Green Olives (chopped)
Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
180℃ 10 minutes (preheat)
Arugula Leaves (for garnish)
Feta Cheese (for garnish)
Balsamic Vinegar (for garnish)
Pizza Seasoning (for garnish)

00:00Greek Pizza is a kind of a flat bread.
00:03It's also known as Latina.
00:05It's got a lot of salad ingredients as toppings.
00:08So let's see my version of Greek Style Pizza.
00:12So I'm going to make a Olive Oil based dressing for this.
00:15So it needs a few ingredients.
00:17So in a pan, I'm going to first mix all the ingredients.
00:20And then start cooking it.
00:22Take 3 tbsp of Olive Oil in a pan.
00:25Do not turn on the flame as of now.
00:28Into this, I'm going to add in 20 Cherry Tomatoes cut into half.
00:32This dressing is quite garlicky.
00:34So add in around 2 tbsp of finely chopped Garlic.
00:38A tsp of Red Chilli Flakes.
00:41A tsp of Oregano Seasoning.
00:43If you have some Pizza Seasoning, you could add that too.
00:46And now I'm going to add in just a few leaves of Basil.
00:51Just tear them in.
00:52And now turn on the flame.
00:55On low flame, cook all these ingredients till the Tomatoes are slightly soft.
01:04Add in Salt to taste.
01:10I have a tbsp of the Olives rind here.
01:13It gives a very nice zing to the dressing.
01:16So if you have the bottled Olives, just take a tbsp of the syrup as well.
01:20Slightly mash the Tomatoes.
01:24And this dressing is done.
01:28Turn off the flame.
01:29The Olive Oil Tomato Dressing is ready.
01:32I have over here, a whole wheat thin crust Pizza base.
01:36Of course, you can use some Pita Bread.
01:38Just crisp it a little bit in the oven before you put the toppings.
01:41Or you can even take fresh dough and make these Pizzas of flatbreads.
01:46So now, let's start assembling this.
01:48Spread some of this topping over the Pizza base.
01:52Make sure you also drizzle some of this Oil.
01:57Let's top it up with some shredded Onions.
02:00Let's place some Jalapenos.
02:04Some Olives.
02:08Let's grate some Mozzarella Cheese.
02:11Go very easy on the Cheese because a Greek Pizza or a flatbread is not going to work.
02:17I have preheated the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
02:21And now this Pizza is ready to go and bake in the oven.
02:25So bake this till the Cheese is nicely melted.
02:28As well as the crust is slightly crispy.
02:30The Pizza is baked and time for the finishing touches.
02:34I am going to transfer this.
02:38Over a Pizza board.
02:42And I am going to place this on a baking tray.
02:45And I am going to bake this for about 15 minutes.
02:48And then I am going to take it out of the oven.
