Ingredients
3 cups Water
1 cup ice cubes
2 tbsp boondi
Paste:
1 tsp Amchur powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
1/2 cup Mint leaves
1 no. Green chilly
1 tsp Black Salt
1/2 cup Raw mango dices with its skin
Method of Preparation:
In a blender jar add raw mangoes, mint leaves, coriander leaves, amchoor powder, green chili, cumin seeds, and black salt.
Grind them into a fine paste.
Transfer the paste in a deep bowl, add in some ice, salt, water and give it a nice stir.
Add in boondi and again give it a nice stir.
