Ingredients:-
Ready to fry Puris
For the Paani:-
1 cup Mint leaves
1 cup Coriander leaves
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds
1 tsp. Cumin Seed Powder
1 tsp. Black Salt
1 tsp. Table Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper Powder
3 tsp. Tamarind Juice
1 tsp. Ginger
1 Green Chilli
Water
Juice of 1 Lemon (after grinding)
2 Cups Water (after grinding)
For the filling:-
Steamed Potato with the skin on
Steamed Green Gram
Steamed Bengal Gram
Black Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Cumin Seed Powder
Method:-
- Bake the Puris at 150°C for 3 minutes.
- Grind all the Paani ingredients together in a mixer/grinder.
- Transfer the water to a bowl and add lemon juice and more water.
- Mix all the filling ingredients together well and make the filling.
- Serve as shown in the video.
