Ingredients:
1 cup Refined Flour
Salt
Carom seeds
3-4 tbsp Oil
Water
Green Pigeon pea
2-3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds (white)
1 tbsp Ginger & Green Chilli paste
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
Turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp Garam Masala powder
Salt
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 Lemon juice
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, add refined flour, salt, carom, oil, water and knead it into dough.
In a mixer jar, add green pigeon and grind it.
Heat a vessel, add oil, sesame seeds, ginger & green chilli paste and saute them nicely.
Add the ground Green Pigeon pea, saute it on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, sugar, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix well.
Switch off the gas and transfer it to a plate.
Heat oil in another vessel, make small puri's, stuff them with the mixture and fry them until they are golden brown.
