Ingredients:
For Filling
- Poha
- Onions
- Green Peas
- Grated Coconut
- roasted peanuts
- coriander leaves
- green chillies
- Juice of half lime
- Chaat masala
- Powdered Sugar
- Salt to Taste
For Covering
- Mashed Potatoes
- Corn Flour
- Garam Masala
- Salt To Taste
- Bread
- Milk
Method:
- In a bowl add poha, onions, green peas, grated coconut, roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, green chillies, juice of lime, chaat masala, powdered sugar, salt to taste and mix this all well
- Add Mashed potatoes, corn flour, garam masala and salt to taste
- Soak 2 slices of bread in very little milk and take out the sides add the bread in potato mash and kned it properly
- Apply cornflour to you hand, take big ball of poato mash, make a hole in it and add the poha filling and seal the ball.
- In a pan heat oil, and add the poha kachoris to it and fry well until golden brown
- Poha Kachori is ready !
