All Eyes on Monday's Maduro-Santos Meeting

Monday's meeting between Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his Colombian counterpart Juan Manuel Santos could be key in resolving the border crossing dispute between the two countries. The meeting, to be held in Quito, will be hosted by CELAC and UNASUR, the two regional integration bodies, and Ecuador and Uruguay. Maduro closed several border crossings with Colombia due to massive smuggling of heavily subsidized Venezuelan products, paramilitary activity, and drug trafficking in the affected areas. teleSUR
