She was soon placed into the care of workers at the Humane Society of Faulkner County and months after the accident, she slowly started walking again. However, there was one rear leg that didn't regain feeling.
In addition to that issue, an infection destroyed two of her foot bones. Shelter employees went to a number of different vets and purchased a dog brace for her but still, there was no improvement.
