Recipe to prepare "Veg. Soupy Noodles", a Chinese dish:

Ingredients:
1. ginger - 1/2 inch
2. garlic - 4 cloves
3. soya sauce - 2 teaspoons
4. green chilli sauce - 1 teaspoon
5. red chilli sauce - 1 teaspoon
6. cabbage (grated) - 1 small size
7. schezwan sauce - 2 tablespoons
8. cornflour water - 3-4 teaspoons
9. fried noodles - 1 medium bowl
10. cooking or refined oil - 1 tablespoon
11. salt - to taste
12. hakka noodles - 150 gms
13. vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon
14. water - 4-5 medium cups

Procedure:
1. heat 1 tablespoon refined or cooking oil in a pan, on medium flame
2. add chopped garlic (4 cloves)
3. add chopped ginger (1/2 inch), and saute
4. add grated cabbage (1 small size), and mix it well
5. add the following:
a. 2 tablespoons schezwan sauce
b. 2 teaspoons soya sauce
c. 1 teaspoon red chilli sauce
d. 1 teaspoon green chilli sauce
e. 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
f. salt to taste (or 1/2 teaspoon)
6. add water (4-5 medium cups); stir and let it cook until it starts boiling
7. add hakka noodles (150 gms), and mix them well
8. cover the pan, and let the noodles cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame, so that they become soft in texture
9. add 3-4 teaspoons cornflour water for thick consistency of soup; stir and cook for 2 minutes
10. garnish with fried noodles, and serve
