I completed this video compilation back in September 2008 but felt it should be re-posted today after news broke that Michael Johns has shockingly passed away from a reported blood clot in his ankle at the age of 35.
Michael, thanks for bringing so much joy to so many of us fans. Your "bromance" with David Cook was once of the highlights of the 2008 AI Tour. We know "Please Don't Stop the Music" would not have been either of your choices in cover songs for the tour but you guys made the most of it. The fans looked forward to seeing what you would do each night.
You two were my favorites and continued to be well after the show ended. I will miss your beautiful music and soulful voice. RIP Michael Johns. Sending my condolences to his family, friends, and fans.
Also, watching this back 6 years removed there are many things I would have changed with the video but here it is for preservation purposes.
