Kayakers Find Themselves On Whale's Back
Two kayakers in Argentina certainly got a workout in but their mellow downtime was cut short when they came across a whale. The whale held the boaters on its back for a little while before gently lowering the kayak back to the water’s surface and calmly swimming off as if nothing had happened.
Unless you are kayaking in rough waters, it's a rather low-key, relaxing activity. Two kayakers in Argentina certainly had an unusual experience when they came across a whale.
They spotted a couple of whales from a short distance away and decided to get a little closer for a better look.
The whale held the boaters on its back for a little while before gently lowering the kayak back to the water’s surface and calmly swimming off as if nothing had happened.
The pair later shared their story along with footage from the ordeal on YouTube and referred to it as an ‘incredible evening’.
Experts suspect the creatures are Southern Right whales which are known to be gentle giants.
