A comical and bizarre incident recently came to light thanks to an Iowa City Police report. In February of this year, local cops discovered an intoxicated man resting in a creek and recently he was arrested on charges relating to the incident.

When police questioned the drunk male, he told them he was “Peggy Hill”, from Arlington Texas. If that name doesn’t ring a bell, Peggy Hill is a female cartoon character from the TV show King of the Hill.

In addition to giving officers the wrong identity, the man also told them a bizarre story, claiming he lost four Girl Scouts and desperately needed to find them. Police were later able to identify the man as 18-year-old Sean M. Siegert.

Cops rescued Siegert from what they referred to as a potentially "life threatening" situation, as he was outdoors, intoxicated, wet and muddy in the middle of winter.

He was transported to an emergency room for medical treatment, before being charged with public intoxication.

And by the way, no lost girl scouts were ever found in the area.
