Recipe to prepare "Potato Halwa":

Ingredients:
6-8 potatoes, boiled and peeled
2 tbsp clarified butter
3-4 green cardamom
2-3 tbsp sugar

Method:
Mash the potatoes properly.
Heat clarified butter in a pan on low flame.
Add mashed potatoes; mix and saute for 3-4 minutes, until color changes.
Add cardamom and mix again.
Add sugar and stir continuously until it melts.
Put off the flame, and take out in a bowl.
Unmould it in a serving plate.
Garnish with a green cardamom on the top.
Potato Halwa is ready to serve.
