Sentimental items can never be replaced.

Barbara Kasang, an Illinois woman, has been married to her husband for more than 30 years. The couple still works together at Lovejoy, a transmission manufacturing company where they met.

Barbara recently noticed that her wedding ring was missing.
And at the time, what would seem like an unrelated event, 63-year-old Steve Anderson from Arkansas was unloading boxes in the warehouse of Applied Industrial Technologies. He opened up one of the packages to find a well-worn wedding ring. That shipment came from the company Lovejoy.

Kasang had no clue that she had accidentally sent her wedding ring over 600 miles away. Anderson immediately knew the ring was not an intended part of the shipment.

He stated “I've had things like that happen in my life and people have found things and gotten them back to me so I think turn about is fair play. Thing about it is I like to do what is right.”

Anderson shipped the wedding ring back to a very grateful Kasang via next day air.
