Recipe to prepare "Stir Fried Veg in Chinese Sauce":
Ingredients:
1 tsp refined oil
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
50 gms carrot, julienned
100 gms cauliflower, cut into small florets
1 bowl mushrooms
200 gms cabbage, finely chopped
1 bowl red cabbage, chopped
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp red chilli sauce
1 capsicum, finely chopped
1 tsp green chilli sauce
salt to taste
1 bowl mixture of cornflour and water
Method:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add in ginger, and saute well.
Add garlic, and saute.
Add carrot, and stir well for a little while.
Add cauliflower, and stir on high flame for a while.
Add mushrooms, and stir.
Add cabbage, and mix well.
Add 1/2 bowl red cabbage, and stir well.
Add soya sauce and red chilli sauce; mix well.
Add capsicum, and mix well.
Add green chilli sauce, and mix again.
Add salt and mix it.
Add mixture of cornflour and water and remaining red cabbage. Mix well.
Put off the flame, and plate it.
