Recipe to prepare "Sweet Corn Kheer":

Ingredients:
1 bowl sweet corn
1 tsp clarified butter/ghee
1 medium piece dry coconut
2 green cardamoms
400 ml milk
3 tsp sugar
2 tsp fresh cream

Method:
Put sweet corn in a mixer/grinder, and grind it coarsely.
Heat clarified butter in a pan, until it melts.
Add crushed sweet corn. Saute on medium flame for a minute, until fragrant and the butter floats out.
Grate in dry coconut, and stir for a while.
Add cardamoms, and mix well.
Add milk; stir and let simmer on low flame for 2-3 minutes until thick.
Turn the flame low, and add sugar. Stir for 2-3 minutes until sugar melts.
Add fresh cream, and stir quickly.
Put off the flame, and garnish with coconut and cardamom.
Sweet Corn Kheer is ready to serve.
