Ingredients:-
1 liter - milk
4-5 tbsp - sugar
Pulp of 2 mangoes
1/4 cup - fresh-cream
Method:-
In a vesssel keep the milk to boil, and keep stirring it.
Add sugar to the boiled milk and allow it to boil for more 4-5 minutes.
Let the milk cool down to the temperature and then add mango pulp to it. Mix them well.
Add fresh cream to the mixture and our mango rabdi is ready.
Take the rabdi out in a serving bowl and garnish it with mango slices and dry rose petals
