Ingredients:-
1 kg - Boiled Potato
Ingredients for the stuffing:-
250 grams Paneer
2-3 green chilies - finely chopped
Coriander
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt to taste
Ingredients for the gravy:-
4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp - cumin seeds
1 tsp - ginger paste
1 tsp - garlic paste
1 tbsp - red chili powder, turmeric powder, dhania-jeera powder
5-6 Boiled onion puree
1/2 cup cashew paste
4 boiled tomato puree
1 tsp garam masala
1 cup water
Salt to taste
Method:-
Scoop the potato from the middle and fry them.
Take the potato out, once it's brown and crispy.
In a bowl add scrambled paneer, green chilies, coriander, lime juice, and salt. Mix them well.
Take some paneer mixture and stuff them into the potatoes.
In a wok, heat oil, add cumin seeds, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, dhania-jeera powder and saute them.
Add cashew paste and saute it until it starts leaving oil.
Add boiled tomato puree, garam masala, some water and salt.
Close the lid and cook it for 2 minutes. Our gravy is ready.
Now we'll add our stuffed potatoes to the gravy and let them cook for 2 minutes.
Our Bharlele Batate is ready to be served.
You can garnish it with some fresh cream and coriander leaves.
