Ingredients:-
1 big cauliflower
7-8 tbsp. Oil
1 tsp. Mustard seeds
2 tbsp. Coriander seed powder
2 tbsp. Cumin seed powder
2 tbsp. Chilli powder
½ tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tbsp. Aamchur powder
Few curry leaves
Salt to taste
Method:-
1. Take a deep utensil and fill it ¾th with water and 3 tbsp salt and boil the water.
2. Add the whole cauliflower and cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
3. Remove the cauliflower from the water and place it in a serving dish.
4. Heat the oil and splutter the mustard seeds. Add the coriander and cumin seed powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and the aamchur powder.
5. Add curry leaves and then pour this temper on the cauliflower and serve.
Tempered Cauliflower is ready to eat!
