Recipe to prepare tasty and innovative "Chinese Sev Puri":

Ingredients:
few flat/sev puris, (made from dough of refined flour/maida mixed with little oil, rolled into small round shape, small holes made in the rolled puris, and deep-fried)
1/2 tsp schezwan sauce (per puri)
For Vegetable Filling:
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1/2 tsp schezwan sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp green chilli sauce
1-2 drops vinegar
For Noodles Filling:
1 small bowl fried noodles
1/2 tsp schezwan sauce
1/2 tsp chilli-garlic sauce
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
1/2 tsp green chilli sauce

Method:
Take flat/sev puris in a plate.
Put schezwan sauce on each puri, and spread it.
For Vegetable Filling:
Take cabbage in a bowl.
Add to it schezwan sauce, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, green chilli sauce and vinegar; mix well.
Lay this filling on each puri.
For Noodles Filling:
Take fried noodles in a bowl.
Add to it schezwan sauce and chilli-garlic sauce; mix well.
Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce; mix well.
Lay this filling on each puri.
Chinese Sev Puri is ready. Garnish with shredded cabbage, and serve.
Note:
Flat/sev puris are easily available in the market.
