This Pepper Chicken recipe is very easy to make with ingredients that you already have in your kitchen.

Pepper chicken:

Ingredients

Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
green chilies (slit seeds removed) 6
Red bell pepper diced ½
Green capsicum deiced ½
onion deiced 1
Spring onions chopped ¼ cup
Black pepper crushed 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients for sauce

Dark soya sauce 2 tbsp
Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Sesame seeds oil 1 tbsp
Siracha sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Method

Whisk together all the ingredients for sauce and keep aside. Heat oil in a wok, fry chicken for 5 mins, add in ginger garlic, black pepper, veggies, cook for another 5 mins. Finally add in whisked sauce and thicken sauce with corn flour paste, serve in a hot sizzler plate with rice.

Shrimp with salsa:

Ingredients
Cleaned shrimps ½ kg
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Paprika ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Lemon juice ¼ cup
Salt & pepper ½ tsp each
Butter 1 tbsp
Chopped basil 1 tbsp
Ingredients for spicy sauce
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Siracha sauce 3 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Salt & pepper pinch
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Paprika ½ tsp
Ingredients for avocado sauce
Avocado 1 mashed
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Salt & pepper ½ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Ice berg lattice as required
Ingredients for salsa
Peach or mango diced 1 cup
Red bell pepper deiced ½ cup
Onion diced ¼ cup
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt & pepper pinch
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Ingredients for rice
Boiled rice 1 ½ cup
Butter 1 ounce
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Ingredients for garnish
Fried garlic slices to garnish
Fried sesame seeds to garnish
Samosa patti to garnish
Wrappers as required
Crispy fried as required

Method

Marinate shrimps with ginger garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, crushed red pepper, fry in butter for just 2 mins, mix together all ingredients for salsa and refrigerate, mix together all the ingredients for spicy sauce, put in a squeezed bottle, mix together all the ingredients for avocado paste and keep aside.

Method for rice

Heat butter in a wok, fry ginger and coriander leaves, add in boiled rice along with remaining ingredients.
