Bumi Plc's Chairman, Samin Tan on the EGM brough forward by Nat Rothschild

Samin Tan, the Chairman of Bumi Plc speaks to CNBC about the about the call for Nat Rothschild to return bonus shares. Rothschild has put forward a proposal to oust 12 out of 14 of directors on the Bumi board and will vote on the bonus shares that he was granted as a reward for floating the company. Tan says that the current board members of Bumi can enable separation from the Bakrie family and turn the company around, a solution that Nat cannot offer as the Bakries will not go through with the deal if Rothschild prevails in his proposal.
