Bumi CEO Nick Von Schirnding anticipates vote on Bakrie Split by May

Nick Von Schirnding emphasises that coal prices are much better of late. The vote, as to whether Bumi and the Bakri family should split, will be put to shareholders in April/May, once the McFarlane report has concluded and wrong doing has been proven. He appeals to Rothschild to support the board's plans in future. He stresses that the billion dollars of missing funds did not go missing under this board's watch.
