00:00We'll start off with the Tampa Bay Rays. Shane Baz will start against the Angels,
00:06and that's coming up, George, on Tuesday. No surprise, Tampa Bay's playing very competitive
00:12thus far this season. And, you know, the park hasn't been insane. I think that's fair to say.
00:17It's kind of played, is it neutral? Is that the word that they use, I guess, for parks? It's been
00:21fine. It's played more or less like a major league park, unlike Sacramento. What do you make of Baz
00:27going into the Angels start? By the way, Trout seems, I don't want to say all the way back,
00:31but it seems like Trout is becoming Trout again. He's starting to getting off to a good start.
00:37Trout's fine until he gets hurt, right? Trout will be great until he gets hurt. He'll play
00:41like a first round pick until he gets hurt. You know, I just don't have much faith that he doesn't
00:45get hurt there. I am so annoyed that I didn't take Baz in probably more leagues than I did here.
00:53I wanted him. He was a future, uh, you know, at one time a top prospect when he got hurt and,
00:57uh, he had a terrible spring and now he looks like he's being that guy again. I, uh, versus LA,
01:03I'd rather have Baz than all the two-star guys we talked about. Uh, maybe Hauk I would rather
01:08have over him. Uh, but Baz is a better pitcher than all those guys. So yes, I am on the Baz
01:13train here. Steinbrenner Field, by the way, is, uh, modeled at the Yankee Stadium. The only
01:17difference is, of course, it's not enclosed, but it's still modeled at the Yankee Stadium. So it
01:21should eventually be hitter friendly right now. I think it is playing more neutral, but it should
01:25eventually be a hitting friendly there. So, uh, I guess that's something you take into account
01:30there, but, uh, I don't want to say I'm all in on Baz, but I'm a big believer. So yes. And by the
01:35way, it's Tampa Bay. If you want any of their starters, they all turned out to be gold here.
01:38So yeah, I'll take Baz versus LA. Yeah. And Tampa's bullpen looks good as well. All right.
01:44So Eric Fetty, not a great start for the Cardinals. Cardinals have been involved in a lot of slugfest
01:48George thus far. It seems like just kind of back and forth. They, their defense is not all that
01:53great. They do. He's, he's got this great matchup against Pittsburgh on Wednesday, but I don't have
02:00a high level of confidence here. I mean, I could see the Cardinals winning in seven, five or
02:04something like that. So he'd be a pass for me. Uh, it's Pittsburgh. Yeah. I'm sorry. All right.
02:11Yeah. All right. It's that's a list that lineup. Craig, I mean, like, who the hell is this guy?
02:17It's like watching the movie major league when they are, they're saying, Oh, who are these guys?
02:21That's right. I can feel like looking at Pittsburgh. And by the way, Tommy Pham got hurt
02:24yesterday. He came out of the game. I mean, you may be saying, well, who cares? Tommy Pham? Well,
02:30you know what? He's one of the few names, you know, there. All right. So he got hurt. So,
02:34well, I don't know. We don't know the severity of the injury, by the way. So yeah. Fetty gets
02:39Pittsburgh. You know, what's, what's the old line here from, uh, I forget the movie now,
02:42but Tom Cruise, uh, you had me at Pittsburgh. I'm starting today.
02:47You had me at Pittsburgh. What movie is that from?
02:50It's the movie with Tom Cruise, the agent. You had me at hello. Something like that.
02:54Oh, yes, yes, yes. Jerry Maguire. I thought you said Tom Hanks. Yeah. I wasn't listening
02:59close enough. All right. Uh, Gavin, Gavin Williams for Cleveland starts against the white socks. The
03:05worm will turn with the white socks and they'll start losing a bunch of games. It's probably an
03:10easy pencil in here. Right? Love Williams too. Right. Uh, yeah. Uh, Cleveland pitches ballpark.
03:16I was on Williams. It didn't happen. He was terrible. Uh, I can make the same joke again.
03:21You had me at white socks. You want to pick against the, uh, the, uh, pirates almost at
03:24penguins. You want to pick against the white socks, the angels, the Rockies, when they're
03:28not playing in core. Uh, there's a couple of other teams as well. Here you could pick on
03:32Marlins, uh, go there. Uh, these are, these are the teams you're picking on. All right.
03:37They're just, they, they don't have much of an offense and gather Williams. By the way,
03:41I think, I think I was worried somebody you keep on your team, by the way, I think he is that kind
03:44of guy upside. He was supposed to be this guy last year. Couldn't didn't quite come back from
03:48the injury of what full strength, a hundred percent here. I think he's a guy you want for
03:52the entire season. All right. Brady singer, uh, fantastic thus far. Reds just aren't scoring runs,
03:57but if you just getting the memo here, it seems like we're picking on Pittsburgh a lot here.
04:02He starts Friday night against them. So an easy one here. I am very curious to see if the Reds
04:09back him with some offense, how many games win? Cause he can, he's one of those guys that can go
04:14seven innings, eight innings into a game. Yeah. He's that kind of guy, right? He's not,
04:18not sexy. He's not going to strike out double digits, but he's a, he's a pitcher. He's a
04:22pitcher and he can go deeper. I do worry about once again, you're playing in that ballpark,
04:26but not so much in April and not against Pittsburgh. All right. So yes, I'm on board
04:29here as well. Like I said, I'll pick against as soon as you tell me that playing these guys,
04:33if I can't start him against these teams, against the Pittsburgh, the white socks of the world here,
04:38why is he on my roster? I mean, really, am I that deep that I can't start up against bad offenses
04:43that he probably shouldn't be on my team? I'm going to trade him.
