00:29According to the Presidential Communications Office, Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Atty. Claire Castro,

00:34President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. was arrested for bullying and harassment of the Russian-American vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetsky.

00:41This is why he was immediately prosecuted by the PNP, CIDG, and the Bureau of Immigration.

00:48Castro insisted that this should serve as a lesson to other content creators, local people,

00:54and to remember that every right and obligation should be respected for the people and the country in question.

01:02Foreign nationals are welcome in the Philippines,
