Happy April Fools everyone and yes I decided to upload the last Mathmatazz 1st Grade Video because I already did the other 1st Grade videos so that will be the last Mathmatazz 1st Grade Video they ever created.
Synopsis: When Annie, Jake, and Herman have a yard sale, they're worried they won't sell anything. But their neighbor, Mr. Higgins, thinks they have a great idea. Soon the yard sale is visited by some colorful customers, and the pennies, nickels, and dimes start rolling in.
How to use this video:
1) Use the video as a fun introduction to the topics, or as reinforcement after the skills have been taught.
2) Throughout this video, children will have opportunities to interact with the characters and practice math skills.
3) When you see this symbol (Jake's Paw Print), hit the pause button on your video tape player. Use this opportunity to discuss answers from your students to the questions posed on the screen. When you resume the tape, the characters will give you the answers.
Each video features a song that will help children remember key concepts.
That's all I have for the Mathmatazz Kindergarten and the 1st Grade videos so coming soon I'll upload the Mathmatazz 2nd Grade Videos.
Mathmatazz is owned by Sesame Workshop (or the Children's Television Workshop).
