It's been for a longer time since I haven't upload any Mathmatazz videos because I was busy uploading stuff on Internet Archive so yeah.
Anyhow here's the next Mathmatazz 1st Grade video which is Aloha, Herman.
Synopsis: When Herman's Aunt Harriet and Uncle Harry send him shells from Hawaii, he just doesn't know how to count them all. In a dream, his aunt and uncle show him how to use place value to make the task a snap. When Herman wakes up, he's in for a big surprise!
How to use this video:
1) Use the video as a fun introduction to the topics, or as reinforcement after the skills have been taught.
2) Throughout this video, children will have opportunities to interact with the characters and practice math skills.
3) When you see this symbol (Jake's Paw Print), hit the pause button on your video tape player. Use this opportunity to discuss answers from your students to the questions posed on the screen. When you resume the tape, the characters will give you the answers.
Each video features a song that will help children remember key concepts.
Coming This April 1st: Mathmatazz: A Sense For Cents (1998) VHS
Video credit goes to Mario Jose for uploading this on VHS.
Mathmatazz is owned by Sesame Workshop (or Children's Television Workshop).
