00:00It's quite disappointing because we've learned in the past two world wars the importance of international law and to make sure that states should act in accordance with law.
00:14That their aggressive actions should not be justified because of their military capability.
00:20However, the men in uniform supports the position of President Don Juan Marcos.
00:26We recognize and appreciate his effort of exposing these aggressive actions of the people of the Republic of China.
00:34Because it allowed the Filipino people to understand what we are fighting and our sacrifices.
00:39And also for the international community to condemn and criticize China's unlawful activities in the West Balkans.
00:46With the youth in different parts of the country, it's very important for them to understand what we're fighting for.
00:52And for them to also appreciate that what we're doing is actually holding the line for the next generation of Filipinos to compete in the fight.
01:02As what Justice Carpio said, our fight in the West Balkans is intergenerational. It will not end in our lifetime.
01:09So we have to make sure that our youth today are properly equipped with the right knowledge and information.
01:15Because in the near future, they will be the ones to take the responsibility in leading our country and support our fight in the West Balkans.
