PH expresses displeasure to China

Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo said the Philippine government has expressed its “complaint and displeasure” to China after a Chinese Coast Guard vessel rammed the Philippine Coast Guard’s BRP Teresa Magbanua in Escoda Shoal last Saturday.
