PH expresses displeasure to China

Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo said the Philippine government has expressed its “complaint and displeasure” to China after a Chinese Coast Guard vessel rammed the Philippine Coast Guard’s BRP Teresa Magbanua in Escoda Shoal last Saturday.

00:40Well, we are contemplating at the moment possible approaches to this issue.
00:44And I think in the coming days or weeks you will probably have a better picture of where we are headed on this.
00:52But certainly it doesn't help the situation in Vietnam, but we can.
