00:00No, it's not a withdrawal. To make it clear, we did not withdraw.
00:05And this was not the agreement that was reached during the last BCM.
00:10Our fellow countrymen thought that we were giving up.
00:16We were firm during the meeting in Beijing.
00:21Our BFA stated that our presence will be maintained in the show.
00:28So, it's not a withdrawal.
00:30The very primordial reason was humanitarian
00:34because our fellow countrymen were already sick.
00:37During the coverage of the arrival of the ship,
00:41some of them had dextrose, and two of them had restriction.
00:45So, they needed immediate medical attention.
00:49We will have our presence still in this CODA.
00:53Not necessarily because it will be repaired.
00:57So, we will let the Philippine Coast Guard to address that operational issue.
01:03But sir, as we speak, will there be a replacement?
01:08Yes, as we speak, our commander, Admiral Juan,
01:13has a directive to send a ship to the vicinity of the CODA.
