00:00So I wanted to see, like, I was like, if they don't believe it, then I, then maybe I think

00:05I have some work to do.

00:07But if they believe it, then like, we're in good, like, you know, I'm like, yeah, like,

00:11feel kind of good about myself.

00:14And so luckily enough, they believed it.

00:18Some people were like, is he?

00:19Like, what?

00:20And then, but you know, you know, I thought they would think it's funny, but I didn't

00:25think it would be as much big of a bit as it has been.

00:29We check in on each other every now and then.

00:31He is actually probably one of the busiest people I think I've ever met in my entire

00:34life.

00:35But I did recently just speak to him and he's doing incredible and, you know, the busiest

00:40man alive and doing it all.

00:42But yeah, in terms of working out, I try to do like a 12-3-30 thing.

00:47I also use like the Allo Moves app, because to work with like the trainers that I'm able

00:52to work with at home, and I can do with them, work out with them on the road, do actually

00:56always ask them for advice and he always gives me really, really great advice.

00:59And, you know, it's like it's a business where you hear no a lot, so you have to have something

01:03going for you that's working, like keep pushing forward with that while working on it.

01:07You know, don't just like forgo everything just for this, you know.

01:12Sophia's really just like the greatest mom.

01:14Like she's so, she's just so obsessed with her daughter and you can tell, like motherhood

01:19is so for her.

01:21And God, I mean, I could go on, but I miss Eloise.

01:25She's the best.

01:26But getting updates is the greatest.

01:28It's the highlight of my day every day.
