00:00I never watched Buffy. I know people were obsessed with it and loved it so much. And,
00:07you know, there are, you know, classes and colleges about that show and all that. But
00:16I don't know. That genre is not something that I generally gravitate towards for whatever
00:23reason. And so I hadn't watched it. And I think that was actually helpful when I auditioned
00:27for Bones that I wasn't starstruck or intimidated by David in that way. I mean, there's a little
00:34intimidation because I knew who he was. I knew those shows. You know, it wasn't like
00:38I was living under a rock, but I wasn't starstruck. And so I think that actually helped me get
00:48the job and also help me, you know, hold my own with David. I wasn't I was I hadn't done
00:55a TV series when we started the show, but he had a lot more experience than I did. But
01:03I wasn't like a drooling fan of his either. And I think that was helpful. But I know I
01:10should watch it now. But, you know, I don't know. Eventually I'll get to it. Certain levels
01:20of the chemistry was instant. It just kind of we gelled when I came in and read the scene
01:25with him and auditioned. It just we kind of brought things out of each other. And then,
01:33you know, we became much closer doing the show and, you know, got to know each other.
01:39And our, you know, friendship grew. And I think it was both. So I think there's an instant,
01:47you know, chemistry with us as actors working together. And then then we became close and
01:54had a deeper friendship as we worked together for a long time. And I think, you know,
01:59that developed with the characters as well on camera. We were becoming friends off camera
02:05and also knowing each other, you know, driving each other crazy, you know, in every way expected.
