00:17because we subsidize Canada by $200 billion a year.

00:22We don't need their cars.

00:25We have a lot of lumber.

00:27We freed it up, as you know, last week.

00:29We're freeing it up so that you can actually cut down a tree

00:32without being given the death penalty

00:34because what these radical environmentalists

00:38have done to our country, but we freed it up.

00:41But we don't need their lumber.

00:43We don't need their energy.

00:44We don't need anything.

00:46We certainly don't want their automobiles.

00:47They make a lot of automobiles.

00:49Millions of automobiles are sent in.

00:51I'd rather have them made in Michigan.

00:56But you're tougher with Canada than you are with some

00:58of our biggest adversaries.

01:54We have a very big deficit with Canada.

01:57And there's no reason...

02:39My endgame is I don't want to have a big deficit.

03:51because they weren't approved yet.

04:03And they are the worst people to negotiate with,

04:09You finally got them around the edge on that, though.

04:12And USMCA's good, but they cheat.

04:14You know, an agreement's good, but they cheat.

04:16And Mexico cheats also.

04:17But China cheated on your 2019 agreement.

04:19Can I tell you what?

04:20Phase one, they totally cheated and dropped it with Biden.

04:23You had a great deal.

04:24When Biden took over, he didn't push them.

04:26I would call up once every two weeks

04:28saying, you're not living up to the agreement,

04:30and they'd buy more corn, more this.

04:32So the most we ever did was $15 billion with China,

04:36the farmers and everything, and manufacturing.

04:39I had them up to $50 billion, and they were doing it.

04:42When Biden got in...
