00:02I mean, we don't know, Democrats don't know what to do.

00:04This is, this is a nightmare.

00:06The Democratic Party is going through a massive set of internal crises.

00:12You have a party that got trapped.

00:15Man Jones dropping a truth nuke on how screwed dopey Democrats are as the party swears up

00:21a storm to stop the orange menace.

00:23Right now, Democrats are struggling to land on a coherent policy or even a message to

00:27oppose president Trump, unless it's nicely printed on a paddle.

00:31And now they think cursing like drunken sailors will somehow make the American people like

00:35them again.

00:39It's total absolute, somebody slap me and wake me the Elon Musk and his hackers don't

00:50know to think that Elon Musk or Donald Trump give a about our public schools.

00:57I don't swear in public very well, but we have to f**k Trump.

01:07But Democrats should focus less on the profanities and more on persuasion.

01:11But even that skill is lacking.

01:13Hakeem Jeffries somehow thinks his party has the Republicans running scared.

01:18We have the Republicans on the run on three core issues.

01:24They are on the run in terms of the economy, in terms of health care, particularly as it

01:31relates to Medicaid.

01:32And we have them on the run with respect to the GOP tax scam.

01:37We have them on the run and we're going to keep our foot on the gas pedal.

01:46And President Trump's delighted as he sits back and watches his opponents implode.

01:51There's something wrong with them.

01:53This is something I, I can't even believe it.

01:57The Democrats were having their little signs up, their little signs, a little tiny signs.

02:04And I said, it's unbelievable.

02:07They don't get it.

02:08They don't get it now.

02:10And I think they're going to end up being a minor party if they keep going like this,

02:13because people don't want to hear about these stupid ideas that they have.

02:18All right, Greg, as someone who uses profanity quite often.

02:22Not often, actually.

02:23Often at work.

02:25I'll give you that.

02:26What is the strategy with the Democrats dropping the F-bomb like this?

02:31Well, they're struggling for an identity much like you, Jesse.

02:34And they think that shock value might work.

02:37But I want to start with Hakeem Jeffries, because he's saying that Republicans are running

02:42scared when actually it's a victory lap.

02:45And I'm watching it.

02:47This guy is no Nancy Pelosi.

02:50He's Nancy Grace.

02:51He's presiding over a crime scene, the death of his party.

02:54I don't think they have anybody right now in the party that can express one ounce of

02:58honesty.

02:59There's a huge hole in this Democrat party and it can only be filled by one real person.

03:04Sadly, that person is here sitting at that table at this table, Harold Ford, Jr.

03:08And if you don't come forward, your party's done.

03:11Anyway, I was watching Van Jones and I think he opened the window of a of a future.

03:17And that is laughing.

03:18Yes.

03:20It's like the first time you've actually seen somebody laugh on CNN, you know, it ages and

03:25maybe having fun at the expense of your losing can take you in the right direction with the

03:31swearing thing.

03:32Everybody does it.

03:33But doing it all at once is another piece of evidence that they cannot think for themselves.

03:41And you notice like there is no organic outrage or protests over these dramatic reductions

03:47in immigration.

03:48There's none.

03:49Nobody's on the street.

03:50Nobody's on the street about trans and nobody's on the street about the death of D.I.

03:55So what does it tell you?

03:59They never cared.

04:00This was never real.

04:02All of this was fake.

04:03That means this outrage isn't real either.

04:05That is why they're doing it all at once.

04:08It's just odd how easily all of these bad things have been fixed and there's no pushback.

04:14So when you see the swearing and the singing and the crying, you realize it's about as

04:18real as Dylan Mulvaney's knockers.

04:21It's all theater.

04:23It's almost like drag, you know, like, you know, how drag is a performance that isn't

04:28based on authenticity.

04:30It's based on extroverted, campy drama.

04:33It's like we know they're not women.

04:36They're acting like and it's the same thing with the Democrats.

04:39No one believes they're actually engaged in the real world.

04:42It's just surface level theatrics.

04:44Generally, the media would be compliant and saluted, but they don't exist anymore.

04:51Have you ever been to a drag show, Dana?

04:53I have not, but I look forward to it.

04:58One of the things about the cursing is that I was thinking, I don't have children, but

05:02maybe this happened with you guys and your children, when they learn a curse word and

05:06then they try to use it for shock value and to get your attention.

05:10And I feel like the Democratic Party is like, I don't know whether they're saying to them,

05:14we like this, do it more often, or that because the parents are not reacting, they just keep

05:18doing it until they try to get some of react.

05:20Some reaction.

05:21Jesse Jr. says booty.

05:22Now he thinks that's really funny.

05:23What do you learn from?

05:24His sisters.

05:25I do think that the Van Jones segment that we watched, that might be the first time I've

05:34seen any Democrats laugh since November.

05:37And that would be a healthy thing to do.

05:39Like you have to at least be able to say, wow, we really stink.

05:42And he was willing to do that.

05:43But there is somebody on the Democratic side.

05:46It's not at this table who is getting crowds and he's not getting a lot of attention for

05:51it.

05:52But I'm going to tell you about it.

05:53Bernie Sanders, probably the most authentic Democratic leadership right now, maybe except

05:57for John Fetterman.

05:58But Bernie Sanders is who he is.

06:01And you can like him or dislike him.

06:03He's been going out and doing these huge rallies.

06:05He's getting crowds of four.

06:07And I know it's not a Trump crowd, but it's a 4000 people in Kenosha on a Friday night.

06:11He had another 2600 people away just the next morning, just a few hours away in Altoona,

06:17Wisconsin.

06:18Then he went to Detroit.

06:19He got 9000 people in suburban Detroit.

06:21AOC is going to join him on the road.

06:24And the Democratic Party, there might be life in the old gal yet.

06:28And maybe Bernie Sanders at 83 years old is going to figure out a way to pull it out.

06:32We had there that trans folk singer that said God has a huge.

06:36Yes, I did.

06:37I did.

06:38I don't think that's going to fly.

06:39Yeah, it might not fly.

06:40I don't even think Bernie Sanders like that.

06:42Yes.

06:43Getting out on the road is good.

06:44Harold, do you think that's a good tactic for your party?

06:51Bernie Sanders is the future of the Democratic Party.

06:54I think it's great that he's out.

06:55And I think Dana's point is, is, is he's not a little tongue in cheek microphone, right?

06:59He's at least doing the things you have to do.

07:01I think there's a lot of frustration amongst them.

07:03I think that's why you hear the cursing.

07:05I hope it seizes.

07:06I hope when everyone, whenever anyone in my party wants to curse or to really exclaim

07:12themselves and profoundly emotional ways to think about substance this weekend or even

07:18the last few days, I thought President Trump was, was gave us a good piece of advice when

07:22he told us to stop holding up signs and to get more serious.

07:26President Trump said something on the last 24 hours that I find remarkable that we hadn't

07:31touched on yet.

07:32He was asked if he thought that the country might be going into a recession.

07:35And he said, who knows?

07:36And it made me think if, if Joe Biden or Kamala Harris, if she'd been elected or even Barack

07:41Obama had answered a question like that, I would rightly criticize.

07:45And I think some around the table, if not all of us would say, how can the leader of

07:49the strongest, richest, most important nation in the world say something like that?

07:53Now, we've seen the stock market do what it did today.

07:57It's down 2000 points a Dow is just in the month of March.

08:00That's not an indicator of everything, but it certainly is a daily scorecard.

08:04And the question I have is for Democrats, why not begin to ask these questions?

08:10Why not begin to fashion answers to how everyday Americans who put the president over the finish

08:15line, President Trump, that is in November, who may be wondering why prices on the things

08:20that they need the most at home are going up or why it's much harder to invest today

08:24than it was before.

08:25I think raising challenges as part of it, you then have to develop answers.

08:29So every time you think about cursing and every time you think about singing, please

08:32don't think about ways in which you can offer serious answers when the only way you offer

08:37serious answers is to begin to think about the questions on the minds of voters.

08:41I agree with you, Greg, that there's so many cultural issues that we just lost track of

08:45and frankly lost a sense of common sense about the president had that right.

08:50But I can tell you, most of most of the American people, working class who went to vote for

08:54President Trump, don't want to see what's happening in our economy happening today,

08:58especially if they don't know what the end game is.

09:01If it's terrorists we want, if it's paying down the debt we want, if it's just a tax

09:04cut we want.

09:05The president should give us that.

09:07And Democrats, if you don't ask these tough questions, the president doesn't have to answer

09:10them.

09:11So stop singing and stop cursing.

09:14Let's go to Judge Jean, who's never uttered a swear word in her entire life.

09:19Don't tempt her.

09:20You could go online and see.

09:21I've never said boo.

09:22Look, to me, the Democrats are like a bunch of potty mouth kids.

09:26I think they believe that if they swear that they're real and they're relatable and that

09:32the American people say they're just like us, but they're not real and they're not relatable

09:37because they say everything in unison.

09:39They copy each other.

09:41The curse words are the same.

09:42And you know, there was a gentleman who said at the end there, and I don't know who it

09:45was, he said, Donald Trump and Elon Musk don't give an S.H.I.T. about our public schools.

09:52And I couldn't help but think, you think Joe Biden did?

09:54How many billions did we put in the public schools and our kids were not allowed to go

09:58back to school because there was no metric that would allow the kids to go back to school,

10:02according to the Democrats and the unions?

10:04But let's just let's just talk about the fact that the Democrats have tried everything.

10:09He was a Russian puppet and then he was a Nazi and then he was a threat to democracy.

10:15And then, you know, Elon Trump is taking over.

10:19And then it was, you know, Trump is is not happy.

10:23He's going to get rid of Elon Musk.

10:26And they go on and on.

10:27They make this stuff up.

10:28Then it's F both of them.

10:30And then it's like they're full of S.H.I.T.

10:33And they go on from there.

10:34I mean, is that really what your party is about?

10:36She spelled it.

10:37They just can't go.

10:38They just.

10:39Yeah, I'm spelling it.

10:40They just can't go there.

10:41But I think what's interesting about this segment is that Shapiro and Tim Walz have

10:45now decided the way for the Democrat Party to succeed is to go on podcasts.

10:50What kind of podcast?

10:53Sports podcast.

10:54I don't know anybody who gives a darn about what Shapiro thinks or Tim Walz or Andy Beshear

11:01about a about a sports team.

11:03Plus, why would they do that?

11:05Think about it.

11:06You're going to automatically, you know, tee off half of the sports team, the other half,

11:11the opponents of the team.

11:13So they're trying to copy Trump and they don't know what to do.

11:17And they're so frustrated.

11:18They're like a bunch of kids who can't articulate how they feel, which reminds me of when my

11:23grandson was learning to talk.

11:25And I'm sure Jesse, Jr., too.

11:26They would get very frustrated and they would cry and they would scream.

11:29And then you have to say to them, say with your words, what do you mean?

11:33Yeah.

11:34And Gigi stomping her feet.

11:36Yeah.

11:37And you have to say, say with words.

11:39And then they learn.

11:40Democrats haven't learned.

11:41All right.
